Return Policy

We definitely want you to love your stuff.. but we do have to have a few rules...

•    ALL SALES WITH A DISCOUNT LARGER THAN 30% ARE FINAL SALE! •     Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. No exceptions •    There are no returns for swimwear for hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding. •    Any return sent after the 14 days and without contacting us will NOT be refunded. •    Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping if return is due to change of mind/does not fit/etc. {only when we are at fault will a full return shipping refund be issued} •    You MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. •    Any return must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition" {no signs of wear or damage, within 14 days, not a custom order} •    At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. •    If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. We will ask for a photo for clarification. •    Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. {original shipping costs are nonrefundable, return shipping paid by customer} •    Returns are processed within 3-6 business days after received. Do NOT attempt to return it if the above criteria is not matched, for our returns department will not accept it. We also suggest getting tracking for the package as we are not responsible for any lost in transit packages. Packages lost or stolen during transit are unfortunately out of our control and therefore, we cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you.  We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause but hope you can understand we did all we could to get the package to you, but once it leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for the package. renee.kim@livandsage.com - please caption your email "Returns"
